Zero Drop Running Shoes

So what's all this buzz about zero drop running shoes, barefoot running, and minimalist running?  Well, it has everything to do with so many running injuries caused by running shoes.

It's not really a conspiracy theory per say.  But the big guys like Nike, et all make buko bucks from us buying all there junk.

Zero drop running shoes have zero drop from the toe to the heel.  Zero.  Zip.  Nada.  It's like running barefoot.  Yep.  Barefoot all the way baby.  But wait.  You cannot start out barefoot after your feet have been in castes for the past 20 or 30 years.  We all need to start out slow with a minimalist shoe.  I started in VFF (Vibram Five Finger Shoes).  Currently, I am running in home made huaraches sandals with a 4 mm thick bottom.  This as good as it gets before you actually run barefoot.

My goal with my running blogs is to get the  word out about natural running.
